The Dundee Messenger has been published at 61 Albert Street, Dundee since 2001 and has received nearly 2 million visits to date.

Challenging times since the outbreak of Covid 19 has been a burden on everyone, as a result coverage has been sparse to say the least, we are now in a position to grow the publication by recruiting volunteers to become involved in the delivery of local news.

Local news in a digital world

Platforms such as Facebook and Instagram are delivered local news faster and better than the leading regional newspapers, to combat this trend we are looking for volunteers to contribute to the publication via Podcasts etc, to keep local news in the hands local people.
